To cancel your GalaxyBot Plus subscription purchased online, simply enter any invoice number associated with your subscription, the email address you used, and any other necessary details, then submit the form.
To help us identify your account, you can optionally provide us with your Discord server ID. You can find your Discord server ID in the confirmation email we sent to the email address you provided at the start of your subscription.
Depending on whether you’re eligible, you can cancel your subscription immediately or as of the next renewal date.
