Is GalaxyBot Plus available in my country?

GalaxyBot Plus is currently only available in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal and Slovakia. In the future, GalaxyBot will be available to all of you throughout the EU and in other countries!

What is GalaxyBot Plus?

GalaxyBot Plus is our premium subscription that gives you completely new possibilities to use GalaxyBot in a customized and personalized way. With GalaxyBot Plus you can use our system and all functions with your own Discord bot. All you have to do is create a free bot and we'll take care of the hosting! You can then customize your own bot completely freely and adapt colors, logo, etc. as you wish. The GalaxyBot design will then disappear from your own bot.

How much does GalaxyBot Plus cost?

The price of our Premium subscription depends on the number of users on your Discord server for which you want to subscribe to GalaxyBot Plus. The fewer users you have on your server, the cheaper it is. At the lowest level, GalaxyBot Plus costs only 4.45€ per month!

Which payment methods can I use to purchase the subscription?

We offer all common payment methods. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. The subscription is debited automatically every month.

Can I transfer GalaxyBot Plus from one server to another?

No, the subscription is bound to your server. If you want to transfer GalaxyBot Plus to another server, you have to cancel the subscription and create a new one for the new server. The subscription is not transferable.
